Comic Con High

No, I did not attend CC, but thanks to all my glorious NM/Rob/Twilight friends and fellow blogger's & tweeters, I got to experience as much as possible, without physically being there.

I feel emotional drained & ramped up all at the same time. It was almost too much to take in, but I'll gladly take it any day.

Chris Weitz is a genius, and I can say that without even seeing the film yet. I feel it in my bones, and I can tell that from the 3 clips we've now seen. This movie will be magic. David Slade will be stepping into some very big shoes with Eclipse starting in 3 weeks.

Rob was of course, simply Robalicious as he always his. He is funny (hysterical really) articulate, witty and so fucking humble, it's a treasure just to listen to him.

Highlight moments:
When asked what they are looking forward to in the upcoming movies; Kristen responded with getting pregnant. SMACK DOWN to all those nasty rumors-and good for her.

When asked if Rob was planning on any more comedies in the future; Rob said he's really not that funny, has one leg shorter than the other so can look like an idiot, but that he's not that witty. Modesty is one of his best qualities.

When asked what they all brought to their characters; Rob "I look a bit like him".

There are way too many photos, interviews and videos for me to post, so I only posted some of my favorites. I have a lot more photos I need to get posted.

I love these people, this movie franchise is simply the best.

Rob, as always, you OWN my heart & soul.

Here's a great link with tons of great photos from the fabulous Random Acts of Rob:

Quiet Day

Today was a non-new-news day on Rob. We got some glorious photos from his 2008 photo shoot, which are to die for (see on right).

I have a feeling that a dark period is coming...he may actually get a couple of weeks out of the eyes of all pappz & fans...which for his sake I hope he does.

Comic-Con is Thursday (nope, not going) then Eclipse 8/17. Not sure when Remember Me will wrap up.

Will miss the daily photos Rob, but you need some R&R and a few beers.

Dark Sunday's

Sunday's are always the darkest for me because (and thankfully for him) there is usually no new Rob news, photos, videos.

Somehow, he gets by on the weekends without being stalked, or at least photographed and recorded anyway.

I constantly wonder how the daily videos, photos, screaming fans, screaming pappz affect him since he's been in NY? We're going on 6 wks. now. You certainly can't tell by viewing some of the scenes being filmed, as he is always professional and totally into character.

But, then there are those photos that get captured where he looks so sad, or pissed or stressed, and we have no way of knowing if he's just trying to stay in character, or is he just really fed up?

You see the photos of him when the day is done & he almost ALWAYS has a big ol' smile on his face, so then I think, ok, he must be ok then.

There's been numerous photos of him at 5:00AM signing autographs for his fans, taking photos and being just as sweet & giving as we all know that he is.

The few people out there who have made rude comments because he didn't look up, didn't waive, didn't acknowledge them??? Helllo, people, he is working!!! Do people really expect him to look up & waive & acknowledge every single scream or person that screams out his name?

Or the rude fucking pappz that yell out "hey vampire, look over here". How disrespectful they are. I can see now why some celebs get fed up and start punching them.

I hope for Rob's sake it never gets to that point.
I hope Rob knows how much we all really love him and that we do not condone this, and we do not want this for him.

Although I miss seeing him daily, I am grateful that somehow he manages to have a few quiet days here and there.

Rob honey, here's to you having some peace & quiet, and maybe a few beers with your mates.

You deserve it sweetheart!

Drinking too early...

Started drinking too early-hangover is looming...family time needed-Oh Rob, why aren't you here honey?

New Video from fakerparis-Boys of Summer Rob & Tate

Love this, don't want it to be over!

Remember Me is almost over

**Possible Spoilers**

We have had the absolute pleasure to see stills and videos from Rob's new movie Remember Me which has been shooting on location in NY since 6/15/09.

Having read the script, it's wonderful to be able to follow along and see all the shots from the movie.
Unfortunately, asshole pappz & crazy ass fucking fans have caused all kinds of trouble and has, I'm sure, made it difficult for everyone, especially Rob.

Rob is my first, last and only obsession, and he really does own my heart and soul. I crave every angle of his face like a body needs water.

But I also am in awe of him as a human being. His personality, his humor, his shyness and his dorkability is charming.

Remember Me is coming to a close in just a few days, and alas, we must wait for 2/10 to see this, what is sure to be, glorious film.

Eclipse is starting soon, and I wish Rob at least a few weeks off to enjoy some reading, playing music with his mates, getting drunk of his ass with no 5:00 AM wake up calls, and out of the public eye; if if only for a while.

I will miss seeing this face everyday, I already miss hearing his voice, but mostly, I want him to have some down time. He hasn't had any since March and he has earned it!

Favorite Lines from some of Rob's movies

From Little Ashes as a drunk Salvador Dali "I would love an enema!", "Bravo! Superb!"
From Twilight as Edward Cullen "yeah, I had an adrenaline rush, it's very common, you can google it"
From How To Be as Art Freeman " you're such an idiot" and "shudup in your face"
From Bad Mothers Handbook as Daniel Gale " Fuck it!"

Oops..

You can tell in about 10 seconds or less, I can't spell for shit, have horrible grammar & punctuation.

Damn! Knew I should have paid more attention when I was in school...about 100 years ago!

Interview with Melissa Rosenberg on New Moon

From Rotten Tomatoes Set Visit:

"New Moon is very internal," Rosenberg explained. "There's been a lot of talk about how Edward and the Cullens are not a part of the middle of New Moon, but actually they really are. Certainly, Edward's very much alive in Bella's mind throughout New Moon. As a reader, you feel his presence; he's helping drive that story."She continued: "It's harder to do on film; you have to somehow find his presence and bring it there without having thought bubbles, constantly. And I think the solution that we found is going to satisfy fans. It's very much in keeping with the tone of the book, so it will be interesting...I think fans will feel pretty satisfied with what we're doing. One, because it's true to the book, and two, because we'll see more Edward! Can't be bad."As with the first film, certain changes are necessary to fit the medium of film. Rosenberg's philosophy is that as long as the viewer's experience is the same, Meyer's book has been faithfully adapted."Things have to move out of an internal place and into an external, visual reality," she began, "so there are many things I changed. But as long as we hit the emotional experience, I think, it will resonate the same way. Twilight was that same thing. There were a lot of things that were in the book that weren't in the movie, but because we hit the emotional stepping stone all the way throughout, you took the same journey that you took with the characters in the book, and that's what's really most important about an adaptation; you have to take your audience on the same emotional journey, take your characters on the same emotional journey, as they do in the book and then everyone will have the same experience."

So...I am still really nervous about this. One of my biggest complaints is the missing "I love you's" in Twilight.
It could not have been left out because they wanted to keep it PG, right? I mean, it was in the book for fuck's sake, why leave it out of the movie?
They (meaning Chris & Melissa) really need to get this right. By leaving out the "I love you''s" they're really taking away from the story, and the important lead in's to the other movies.
Chris W has reported that the proposal is in New Moon, but that it is different than in the book..
I am thankful & excited that it's in there, but how is it different, and why? It was awesome, so why change it if it's not broken.
Holding my breath till November.

First Post

This is a work in progress, and will probably take me forever to get it the way I want, and add all the photos and videos I need to keep me sane.
I have limited PC time, so I will be slow with updates.

First of all, I have the utmost respect for Robert, and although I have wild and lusty thoughts about him 24 hours a day, he is first and foremost a human being, a talented and gifted actor, beautiful musician and delightfully wonderful person.

This site is just a place for me to share my love of this man and hopefully keep myself from exploding from my cravings for him.

I am finely aged, so I guess that makes me a cougar. I can accept that because when it comes to Rob, there are thousands of us, so I know I'm normal. My kids think I'm nuts, and I'm ok with that!
