In 2007, Rob took on the part of Daniel Gale in the Bad Mother's Handbook, a made for TV movie in the UK.
The movie is centered around the relationships between mothers and daughters. Daniel befriends the young girl in high school who is going through a rough time, and who happens to be pregnant. The relationship grows as nerdy Daniel continues to be there for her and show her what it's like to be treated the way all girls would love to be treated.
It's not the best movie around, but Rob's portrayl of Daniel is both touching and inspiring.

I love this movie for all of the same reasons. See what I mean? You get me!
And the only dream I've ever had about Rob was of him filming this movie and the sidewalk scene. Mrs. P at TwiBite actually analyzed it for me, and I was blown away by her interpretation of it.

ADM,
Like I said, it's not a great movie by any means, but Rob just shines (as always) and there is a lot of meaning in the movie...
Like Lisa said, you can watch the whole thing on youtube.
Thanks Lisa!!!

I can't beleive I didn't know you had a blog!!! I'm so glad I found it!!
ADM.. YOUTUBE is the bomb!! go watch it.. it's really a very sweet little movie!!
My absolute favorite line is in the middle of the birth when Daniel realizes "barking" is the answer to the crossword-the way he says "barking!" NEVER fails to crack me up. ;) He is super cute and (besides Art, who I love to death) at his most adorkable in this movie.
